Abrupt (2020)

Installation with Detlef Klepsch, invited by Fire Flies at Malkastenpark, Düsseldorf, DE

In April 2020, we took a 1:1 photo of a flat 50 cm x 50 cm piece of grass in the park of the Malkasten artists' association. Five months later, in September, we installed a 50 cm x 50 cm light box in the same place. The glass surface of the box was brought to the same height as the surrounding lawn. The backlit film in the light box showed the piece of grass photographed in April.
